Valve bag packing equipment

VALVE BAG - this is a woven (as well as polypropylene) container, which is produced closed with a small opening (valve) for filling .

Due to the existing characteristics, this type of packing is gaining more and more market share.

Filling and packaging of cement, chalk, gypsum, adhesives, various building mixtures, fertilizers and other granular products of various industries, as well as food products: flour, starch, salt, soda, milk powder and others similar in physical and mechanical product properties - this is not a complete list of the scope of application of this packing.

Benefits and application technology

In developed countries, packing in valve bags has long been used wherever possible. What is the advantage of this type of packaging? Essentials is the ease of mechanizing the packing process. Automatic lines for packing a product in open polypropylene, paper or other bags, as a rule, provide the following options:

  • bags stacked in a storage cassette are taken one by one and secured under a dispenser that measures a predetermined dose
  • then the bag is conveyed to the sewing or gluing mechanism by the conveyor
  • after closing, the bag is placed on a pallet (Euro pallet) by a manipulator and wrapped with stretch film using a pallet wrapping machine.

How it works

The extremely high cost of the entire packing complex allows its use only for very large production volumes. As a rule, all of the above operations must be performed manually, and this is hard, low-skilled manual labor.

When packing in valve bags, the operator literally with two fingers slips the bag over the nozzle, presses the button and the bag fills through the nozzle. Having collected a dose, the device stops feeding the dosing material. When removed, the bag turns over and the valve is locked with the same material in the bag.

LLC "Omela" offers you packing equipment, which will significantly reduce packing costs.
