Description

For packing loose and dusty products into bags and other containers, it is not enough just to purchase a filling machine. Depending on the task, before packaging, the product must be loaded into the receiving hopper, big-bag unloader or infeed conveyor output tray. The product can be fed into the receiving device manually or by a conveyor, it can be fed from a larger container, for example, if you need to repack the product from a big bag into a bag. burr or auger system can be used to feed product from the floor, lifting the product from the floor if it is unloaded from a dump truck. At the request of the client, other devices can be added to the line, for example, a sifter or separator for separating dust or separating the packaged product into fractions.

For accurate and uninterrupted operation of the dispenser, it is necessary that it works in stationary conditions. This goal is usually achieved with a small over-dosing hopper compared to the receiving hopper, which maintains a constant level. A feeding conveyor is provided between the receiving and dosing hoppers. A level sensor is located in the upper part of the hopper, and when the level in the over-dosing hopper starts to fall as a result of packing, this conveyor turns on, tops up the product and the level is thus maintained constant. Depending on the material to be packed, the dose size and the desired productivity, the following types of dispensers are used: belt, auger, sliding and other types of dispensers.

Depending on the material of the bags, after dispensing they are sent to sealing or sewing up.

Lines are completed, as a rule, with group packaging. For bags, this is more likely to be shrink wrapped or in a plastic bag. Packages can be stacked manually or using a packing machine. For bags - stacking on pallets and wrapping with stretch film.

According to the degree of automation of the process, the lines can be divided into semi-automatic and automatic. We produce semi-automatic lines ourselves, completing from the above elements produced by us or our Ukrainian partners. For the time being, we offer imported automatic lines, because Ukrainian robotics still does not guarantee the quality and reliability of all processes.

The main differences between semi-automatic and automatic lines is the level of automation. Usually, on semi-automatic lines, the process of selecting a bag from the accumulator and hanging it on the drawer, sewing, palletizing and banding is carried out with the participation of a person. On automatic lines, all operations are performed automatically without the participation of an operator.
