Pre-packing Line for Metal Items

The line is intended for pre-packing metal items (prongs, self-tapping screws, dowels, fasteners, etc.) into film in an automated mode.

Vibrating feeder supplies metal items into the vibratory bowl. Afterwards, vibrating bunker supplies metal items into the weighing bowls in four streams, where their dozing according to the weight takes place. The required doze then moves into the elevator bucket and further to the pre-packing and packing machine, where metal items are pre-packed and packed into the finished packets with the option to label the packet with a sticker.
