Filling machines with weighers

The offered filling machines are designed primarily for organizing a continuous filling cycle for free-flowing and small piece products, such as various types of snacks, sweets, grain and instant granulated coffee, cereals, pasta, etc. Packing of dusty bulk goods, such as flour, is not allowed. In addition, one of the machines (021.28.07) can be used to pack coal and wooden pellets.

Each unit consists of a packing machine and a weighing machine, the presence of which allows you to measure portions of the packaged product. Thus, the most accurate dosage of weight in bags is achieved.

Flexible polymer films are used for packing: polypropylene, triplex, duplex. The machines can form bags of the "pillow" type, with soldered edges of the "stabilo" type, and a standing bag of the "gasset" type. In more detail, the types of packages are indicated in the summary table of the characteristics of these installations. It should be mentioned that the performance of each unit depends on the length of the package, the properties of the films, the weight and properties of the product to be packed. The maximum performance is shown in the specification table. Models of machines have no restrictions on changing the weighed product.

The operation of a mechanical or pneumatic mechanical packing machine and a weigher is clearly synchronized with each other and allows automatic packing without operator intervention.

Somewhat separately in the line of described automatic packing machines there is a filling machine with a volumetric (weight) dispenser 021.28.07. First of all, it can be used for packing coal and wood pellets (pellets). In addition, the design features of this machine allow filling both by weight and volumetric methods. Its technical characteristics are shown in a separate table. During the packing process, "pillow" type bags are formed.
