HD machine specially designed for paper bags or roll food bags where the paper may already be pre-printed. This machine is equipped with a sensor device with a photocell. It has continuous function of automatic paper feeding, gluing, creasing, bottom gluing and bag forming. It is an ideal equipment for making flour paper bags, sugar bags, groceries, bakery products, takeaways and so on.

The packaging material is kraft paper (printed) of any type (brown or white) in rolls with a density of up to 150 g/m². The package can be up to 600 mm long and 330 mm wide, with a minimum of 270 mm and 100 mm, respectively. The maximum speed of the machine is 135 pcs / min, but it should be borne in mind that there are a lot of conditions for this indicator.

The loading system is equipped with hydraulics and pneumatic shaft, as well as automatic guidance and tension control systems. Control is by servomotor and length adjustment by touch screen and photocell.

The cutting speed can reach 200m/min. The width of the cut material is allowed up to 1300 mm, and the density is up to 500 g/m2. Correction is made thanks to photoelectric and ultrasonic tracking. Pneumatic automatic loading and unloading is used. A servomotor is responsible for rewinding the material. Management is easily configured on the touch screen. To get started, you need to enter only a few material parameters, the rest will be calculated automatically by the system.

Color flexographic printing machine WX.

This six-color press is designed with the most advanced technology and is excellent for paper bag pre-printing. The machine comes with a center print configuration, the printed material is supported by a cylinder, which greatly improves color registration, especially with stretch materials of any type in white or brown paper. Printing is applied on the principle of a laser printer.

The maximum print width is 1200 mm. Pressure control and pre-adjustment, tension control, controlled drying systems are installed. The central impression is made with an anilox roller for better color registration. A system of constant temperature control is installed on the central drum.
