Line for packing fragile goods 021.83.02

This is an automatic packaging machine with an inclined bag former. This design excludes the direct fall of the product from the dispenser into the bag, which allows for gentle packaging. The machine is designed in a "combi" layout, that is, the multi-head weigher is not located on a special portal, but directly on the machine, which allows to reduce the height of the product drop, and also simplifies and lowers the cost of the design. The multi-head weigher is specially designed for dispensing fragile of goods, which is additionally equipped with a pneumatic ring that prevents the destruction of the product. Perfect for packaging fragile cookies, candies, etc. All processes are automated.

The machine is equipped with a servo motor. The tilt angle of the shaper is 110 degrees. The machine is equipped with one date printer that can print three lines.

Products are packed in "pillow" or "gasset" bags.
