Photocell

The photo tag sensor is required to read and recognize the markings used on the packaging. After that, the sensor sends a signal to the machine controller to correct the sealing place and cut off the transverse seam. The principle of operation of the sensor is quite simple: the surface of the package is illuminated with light of a certain length, when light is reflected from the surface, it enters the photodetector, then the electronics compares the difference with the reference value and transmits a signal to the switch.

The color of the emitter is red and green and is switched on the sensor. The scanning distance is 0.5-1.5 cm. The sensor mount allows you to move it over the entire width of the film and change the distance to it. If necessary, the sensitivity of the sensor is adjusted manually by the built-in regulator.
