Semi-automatic cement weigher into valve bag 033.20.01

The offered semi-automatic weigher is used for filling cement into valve-type bags. Dose weighing is performed by a strain gauge sensor with a weighing process controlled by a microprocessor controller.

The feeding of the product is supplied by a turbine. Turbine blades also perform the function of a crusher for cement lumps. The efficiency of the weigher is increased by using compressed air.

The machine can have a mechanism for automatic dumping of the filled bag onto the transport.
