FD Roll Feed Square Bottom Paper Bag Making Machine

The line includes: FD roll feeding square bottom paper bag making machine, paper cutting machine 1300mm, six color flexo printing machine.

The FD machine is used to produce a wide variety of paper bags with high speed and efficiency. The machine consists of hydraulically fed constant tension roll unwinding system, side gluing system, cylinder paper feeding, trimming, gluing and bottom forming systems, etc. The equipment is centrally controlled by PLC touch screen, paper bag length is controlled by servo motor. A device for a laminated (transparent) window in a bag and a device for forming a bag handle are installed.

This machine can produce paper bags with a length of 150 to 390 mm and a width of 80 to 220 mm. Paper weights from 50 to 130 g/m2 can be used. The maximum bag making speed is up to 200 pcs/min. Mitsubishi original Japanese controller, high-speed running stability, and Mitsubishi original servo motor and German SICK photo sensor, accurate package tracking for printing. When loading and unloading raw materials, a lifting structure with a motor is used.

Paper cutting machine 1300 mm.

This machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding various roll materials, such as: non-plastic film (PET/OPP/PE/PVC/composite film, aluminized film), various roll paper (kraft paper, textured paper, coated and glossy paper, wrapping paper etc.) non-woven composite materials.

The cutting speed can reach 200m/min. The width of the cut material is allowed up to 1300 mm, and the density is up to 500 g/m2. Correction is made thanks to photoelectric and ultrasonic tracking. Pneumatic automatic loading and unloading is used. A servomotor is responsible for rewinding the material. Management is easily configured on the touch screen. To get started, you need to enter only a few material parameters, the rest will be calculated automatically by the system.

Six color flexo printing machine.

Designed for applying color or black and white printing on various packaging. The packaging material can be both paper and films.

This machine uses mechanical adjustments. It is easy to set up and does not have any special requirements for operation.

Optionally, the machine can be equipped with automatic tensioners and an edge position controller.
