Horizontal Flow pack machines (HFFS) with Top film Feed, walking knife and Gasset Function 051.55.350-600W

The machines presented here are designed for packing various products with constant shape and size. For example: trays, correx, cookies, bread, halvah, hard cheese, frozen dough, boxes, disposable dishes, napkins, medical products, notebooks, rolls, parts, etc. Both piece packing of goods and group packing is possible.

Machines of this model range differ in engineering performance, but have the same operating principle and technical solutions. All of them are equipped with a special walking knife, which allows to pack relatively large products while ensuring high-quality welding of the transverse seam and simultaneous cutting of the ready package. It also allows to form pillow-gusset packing.

For smooth regulation of the package length and cutting, the machine is equipped with two asynchronous electric motors and PLC controller. A high sensitivity photoelectric sensor provides greater accuracy of welding and cutting. A separate temperature control system is installed to accommodate different packing materials. The conveyor is made of polished stainless steel to make work with food products possible. There is a possibility to choose the type of the feeding conveyor: standard with pushers or belt conveyor with baffles. The software has a clear Russian interface. There is a function of self-diagnostics with a clearly reflected reason of failure.

As a material for packing, you can use different laminated heat-sealable packing films apart from a pure PE.

It is possible to install additional devices and options that: thermal printer for the date and shift indication, gas filling device, alcohol injection, squeezing air out of the package, euroslot, labeler, “no product – no packing” function. The machine construction allows to install Servo drivers with expanded functionality instead of standard electric motors. On request, it is possible to complete the machine in stainless steel instead of the standard painted steel.
