The whole production line consists of: sugar making machine, lifting conveyor, automatic cutting line and packing machine. In this case, it is possible to use two types of packaging machines - depending on the requirements and production capacity. The line can produce various types of bars.

The production process begins with the preparation of the mass, which then is moved up along the conveyor and is fed to the cutting and shaping line, where the bars are extruded, sliced and formed, which then go to the packing machine.

The warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery.

The supplier ships one set of spare parts with the machine.

The machine is used for lifting mixed materials onto an automatic cutting machine.

Automatic line for pressing and cutting

The mixing, leveling and cutting processes are fully automated. However, it is possible to imitate the manual cutting principle. Cutting speed control and product feed are also automated, and product dimensions are customizable. The pressing of the product is adjusted to provide a smooth surface and uniform thickness. The control is carried out using a PLC controller. During continuous operation, the machine achieves very high productivity - up to 2000 pcs/min.

Multifunctional horizontal pillow bag packing machine (optional)

The machine uses a servo motor for flexible adjustment of the packing length and a high-sensitivity photo sensor, which ensures high precision in cutting and welding. The separate control of the temperature controller allows to use different packing materials. Self-diagnosis function and pre-installed human-machine interface make machine setup and operation quick and convenient.
