The full-cycle automatic line for the production and packing of grain bars consists of: a sugar preparation boiler, a heated mixer, an elevator, an automatic forming and cutting machine, a packing machine.

The production process begins with sugar caramelization. Then the prepared sugar is mixed with nuts and this mass is fed to the elevator, with the help of which it enters the forming-cutting machine, where it actually takes the form of a bar. Then the product is being packed.

Automatic cutting and forming machine

All processes (mixing, shaping and cutting) are carried out automatically by the machine. Operation in a continuous cycle is possible, while productivity can reach 2000 pcs / min. Installed high speed head ensures high cutting quality. Flexible settings allow you to produce different types and sizes of products at different speeds.
