Automatic filling machine for liquid, loose, dusty and small-piece products in “sachets” 081.82.02

This filling and packing machine can be equipped with various types of industrial weighers: in-line weight, combination (linear or multi-head); volumetric cup, screw, valve-piston, dispenser for counting tablets. Depending on the type of weighing system installed, the machines can pack different types of food and non-food materials:

• Loose (cereals, pasta, coffee, tea, spices)
• Small pieces (nuts, sweets, cookies, bagels, dried fruits, pistachios)
• Fine-dispersed and dusty (soda, cocoa powder, mustard powder, starch, flour)
• Abrasive (salt, sugar)
• Curds (short, traditional, grained curd)
• Construction and granular (fertilizers, seeds, drainage, animal feed, washing powder, household chemicals, dry construction mixtures, etc.)
• Dairy (milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, yogurt)
• Sauces and fat and oil products (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vegetable oils, salad dressings)
• Jam, honey
• Baby food
• Non-food products (detergents, liquid soap, fertilizers, etc.)

The machine is controlled by a PLC controller with a touch panel. The stepper motor of the system provides high accuracy of bag forming, the error of which is less than 1 mm. And the automatic "smart" tracking system allows the machine successfully perform self-positioning and fixing the bag length when it detects a section of packing material with a defective print. This eliminates the need for a rejection device.

The sealing temperature is controlled by a double-sided heat sealing mechanism, which ensures good heat balance and high quality soldering. Thanks to this mechanism, various packing materials can be used. When a break or lack of film is detected, the machine stops automatically when the bag is jammed, preventing the product from spilling out. The sealing process itself can be observed through the protective screen.

The machine is equipped with a three-level wrapping film feeding mechanism, due to which the feeding is smooth and the bags are well shaped. The machine provides a complete packing cycle: bag formation, dosed filling, hermetic bag sealing, cutting, counting. It can be equipped with a photo electric track, a coding machine and a punching device to cut the bag.
