The offered machine is designed for packing bulk and slow-flowing dusty materials into valve bags.

Materials that can be packed include:

• building materials (cement, gypsum, alabaster, chalk, silicate sand)
• dry building mixes
• food products: milk powder, starch, flour, salt, caustic soda
• agricultural products (compound feed, seeds, fertilizers, insecticides, etc.)
• clays, talc, resins, aluminum powder, dry dyes, graphite
• other bulk and dusty materials

The machine is a semi-automatic doser with an electromechanical or strain gauge system of two-stage dosing. The filling of the product is carried out using a screw mechanism. The dosing unit of the machine provides smooth (non-discrete) adjustment of the mechanism to the required packing weight. For instant stop of the auger during electromechanical dosing, the doser can be equipped with an electric brake. To shorten the dosing cycle time, the auger can be turned on not by a button, but by a bag clamp. For packing fluffy products, we can provide a vibration compaction platform, which turns on and off according to a given program. Light indication of the device allows you to monitor the filling process. Using a special nozzle, bulk products can also be dispensed into open bags.
