The automatic machine is designed for filling and packing various pasty products into cups. It is perfect for use in the dairy industry and for packaging sour cream, yoghurts, and other similar products.

The production process is fully automated. The cups are fed from the holder and are moved in the conveyor carriages to the filling position. In the case of multi-component products, the machine can be equipped with two dispensers. The cups can be sealed with a foil lid or a film cut from a roll with the subsequent installation of a plastic cover. The cup filling machine is equipped with a dater, in the case of sealing with plastic foil, for additional disinfection, you can install an ultraviolet irradiation device, which guarantees the safety of the product. Finished packages are delivered to the discharge conveyor.

The machine has a high performance, rational and compact design, does not require large production areas. The parts in contact with the product and the body of the machine are made of stainless steel, the equipment is not subject to corrosion, meets sanitary requirements, and is easy to clean. The cup filling and packing equipment is equipped with pneumatic components manufactured by a Taiwan company, which ensures reliable and stable operation. All control is connected to a centralized control panel, which is convenient for personnel, speeds up and facilitates the operation of equipment.
