Horizontal packaging machine 051.55.350XSPE for packaging long products in flow-pack bags

This model of flow-pack packing machine is unique in its ability to pack goods of various lengths. Automatic adjustment of the product length, available thanks to the servo drives installed on the machine, allows you to make packages of almost unlimited length. The packing machine is equipped with three servomotors and a PLC controller, which ensures not only the observance of the required bag length for packaging, but also its smooth adjustment and cutting. A highly sensitive photoelectric sensor for automatic tracking of photo tags is also responsible for the accuracy of welding and cutting.

The installed separate system of temperature controllers allows the use of different packing materials. The self-diagnosis function and the Russian-language setting panel interface make operating the machine simple and convenient. The machine stops in the selected position without sticking to the knife and losing the film.

As packaging materials, you can use: heat sealable laminate films: such as OPP, aluminized PE, POPP and other laminated heat sealable packaging films.
