Automatic line for wrapping doors in shrink foil 052.91.01

The line is designed for packing large piece goods in shrink wrap. The video was filmed using the example of door packing. But packing of other piece goods is also possible.

The line consists of a conveyor system with a controller and a heat shrink machine. It can be combined with an automatic shrink wrap production line, which includes packing material feeding, product packing and seam sealing. Depending on the needs of production, the line can operate in two modes: manual and automatic.

The constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system is suitable for both polyethylene films and shrink films. The compression height is adjustable for different products. The smokeless sealing method and other innovations ensure the use of packing material without residue. Film feeding is automatic. The function of protection against errors when sealing is installed. The speed of the conveyor system is controlled by inverters.

The heat-shrink tunnel maintains a high temperature, allowing the film to wrap around thin parts. The temperature is regulated and precisely controlled by temperature compensation. A recirculation heating system uses less electricity by minimizing heat loss. The temperature controller indicates the temperature status during sealing, and the cooling devices allow the product to cool quickly after shrinking. The transport speed is adjustable and the robust design ensures continuous operation with minimal maintenance.
