XW series models are suitable for packing: bakery products, bunches of greens, mushrooms, disposable dishes, fruits and vegetables, pita bread, napkins, towels, gauze and medical masks and other types of products. These packing machines are intended both for single-piece packing and for group packing of products that may have variable shape and size and may not be only hard, but also fragile or soft.

XW series of packing machines are equipped with a special walking knife that allows you to pack relatively large items, while ensuring high-quality sealing of the transverse seam and simultaneous cutting of the ready package, and also allows to form a pillow-gusset package. As a material for packing, you can use different laminated heat-sealable packing films such as OPP, aluminized films, polypropylene POPPetc. Please, note that you cannot use pure PE.

Two unconnected electric motors and a PLC controller ensure smooth regulation of the package length and a sensitive photoelectric sensor makes the packing and cutting process more accurate. The conveyor is made of polished stainless steel to make work with food products possible. There is a possibility to choose the type of the feeding conveyor: standard with pushers or belt conveyor with baffles. For machines with servo drivers (not included into standard package) it is possible to install a belt conveyor without cross baffles. All faults are diagnosed automatically, the reason of the failure is displayed on the screen and the Russian interface makes setup and operation quick and convenient.

The functionality of the horizontal packing machine can be expanded with additional devices and options. Additionally, you can install thermal printer for the date and shift indication, gas filling device, alcohol injection, air squeezing out of the package, euroslot, applicator, “no product – no packing” function. Instead of standard electric motors, you can install servo drivers, which automatically allow you to make almost unlimited length package, low noise. In addition, they include “no product – no packing” function. It is possible to complete the machine in stainless steel instead of the standard painted steel.
