Horizontal flow-pack packing machine for bags packing with bottom film feeding 051.79.01.720 BOSW

This equipment is designed for group packing of products in a flow-pack type bag (flow-pack), it is also a three-seam pillow bag. The machine is capable of packing a wide range of products. However, when changing product sizes, operator intervention is required.

The machine is equipped with three Panasonic servomotors: one controls the longitudinal compaction and film operation; the other controls the transverse seal; the third controls the feeding conveyor. If there is no product on the feeding conveyor, film and longitudinal sealing will stop. A temperature controller is installed to create a low temperature seal to increase packing speed and reduce film burning.

Packing is carried out in bags of the "Pillow" type. It is also possible to create gusset packets.

The following materials are used for packing: polypropylene, aluminized films and other laminated heat-sealable packaging films (except for pure PE).
