Automatic packing line with extruder 051.49.01

This packing line belongs to the equipment for packing in bags of the "Flow-Pack" type and is quite versatile in application. Most of all, this line is suitable for packing products and materials such as clay, plasticine, etc. But it can be converted for other types of goods.

The line is automated and performs a full cycle of filling and packing plasticine: mixing, extrusion, molding, cutting and packing. The line can produce not only one-color product, but also multi-color, 6-color, 8-color, 10-color and even 12-color plasticine.

The same line can be used for filling and packing sweets, the consistency of which in the confectionery mass is similar to the consistency of platiline, for example, fondants, multi-colored candies, etc.

The line itself consists of a packing machine and an extruder. Supplied with two sets of non-stick food conveyor belt. The cutter is controlled by a servo motor and can push and cut before packing. All food contact parts are 304 stainless steel. The functions of automatic shutdown in the absence of a product and film , as well as in the event of malfunctions are installed. In this case, the error message is displayed on the screen of the control panel.
