Automatic gravity lines for packing bags into boxes

The offered automatic line is designed for packing bags with various products into cardboard boxes. The machine automatically takes boxes from the storage hopper, opens and seals them. Then the packages are packed into boxes and the boxes are glued. All processes are fully automated and can be easily programmed, adjusted and controlled from the display.

The machine can pack pasta, legumes, cereals, sugar, salt, detergents and cleaning products, candies, snacks, chocolate, dried and frozen foods, granulated and powdered foods, etc.

The machine can be manufactured in both "I" and "L" layouts, according to the demands of the customer.

The machine can place packages in various combinations. Thanks to the programs installed in the controller, operators can easily set up a product stacking pattern and change it when changing from one product packaging to another.
