This automatic sealer is used for packaging various goods in shrink film. Its special feature is the ability to package goods of various sizes, including unlimited length.

The side blades use a thermostatic side sealing blade whose continuous sealing allows for almost unlimited lengths of products to be sealed. The temperature control system allows the use of various options for shrink films. The length of the film supply is controlled by a photosensor and a time relay, which are also responsible for shrinkage. The used film is easily removed - a special motor is installed for this. It is possible to optionally install gas filling or vacuum packaging.

The thermal chamber uses bottom blowing, which increases its energy efficiency. Frequency converters separately control airflow and conveyor speed. The airflow direction is also adjustable. The camera viewing window is anti-fog. Adjustable conveyor speed makes it possible to control the distance between products for uniform sealing.

You can package both individual long products and groups of several products or structures made of different materials. The length of the products that are packaged is not limited.
