The holiday is coming ... And this time it will be even brighter. The Wilkins Group, one of the UK's leading packaging manufacturers, developed a LED-lit bottle label on demand of Marks & Spencer.

Such a label has already adorned the famous Marks & Spencer Christmas liqueur with gold leaf, turning the already original drink and design into a holiday miracle. It took six months of collaboration between Wilkins Group and Marks & Spencer to achieve such a great end result. And although the original concept of such a package appeared about five years ago, as Justin Wilkins, director of sales and marketing for the Wilkins Group, notes, this is the first time it has been introduced into production.

The LED lighting is switched on by a button located in the center of the lower part of the label, and the duration of the glow is 45 seconds. The button is designed for 700 clicks.

Mr. Wilkins noted the laboriousness and complexity of making such luminous labels, but their success is already such that he allowed himself to hint at some future summer developments and the possible collection of bottles with such labels.
