Children today drink very little water. This is especially true in the EU and Northern European countries. Doctors have repeatedly pointed out this problem, but parents' attempts to get their children to drink water and in sufficient quantities for health often fail. Therefore, it's not surprising that manufacturers have also stepped in to address this issue.

An interesting idea has been proposed by the American company WaterH—one that might appeal to modern children. They've created a smart bottle with a small screen featuring a cute character. It's like a Tamagotchi, but tuned to a child's water consumption—it's happy when the child drinks, shows how much of their daily intake they've already consumed, reminds them when they need a drink, and even alerts them when their hydration level drops below the recommended level. Parents set their water intake goals using a special app connected to the bottle. In addition to the character on the screen, the bottle is equipped with a light ring that also reminds them to drink.

The bottle charges using a C-type cable. It features a locking mechanism and silicone seals to prevent leaks and accidental opening. Triple-layer insulation ensures the liquid inside retains its temperature for a long time. The container is made of food-grade stainless steel, and the outer case has a pleasant textured finish for a non-slip grip.

The new product is already available for purchase online. Incidentally, the company also has a similar product for adults: a bottle with sensors that tracks a person's water consumption and syncs with a phone app. The adult bottle doesn't feature a character, only a small screen displaying a hydration indicator.
