Tube packaging has long been a common practice for many products, especially in the cosmetics industry. However, there are still many problems with recycling such packaging. Therefore, it is natural that manufacturing companies are looking for options.
And recently, TUBEX presented one such product at a trade fair in Munich. It is a tube applicator for cosmetics intended for eye and lip care, made entirely from recycled aluminum. In addition to using a single material that facilitates further recycling, the company cites the advantages of the new packaging as a premium appearance, easy adaptation for branding purposes, and a naturally high level of product protection without additional barrier layers.
The smooth and precise applicator provides a pleasant cool sensation when touching the delicate skin, and the high dosing accuracy ensures that every drop of the product is used purposefully. The new tube is called MonoSense and can be used with either an aluminum or plastic cap.
It remains to add that this is not the first development of TUBEX in the field of all-aluminium tubes. Even earlier they introduced to the market their Monotube with a very interesting opening-closing system, as well as MonoRefill for packaging "refills" of refillable cosmetics.
