It is known that aerosol dispensers used in the packaging of various cosmetics and perfumes are extremely difficult to recycle. This is due to the metal used in them, the presence of which seemed in no way to be avoided, at least in the atomizer spring. And because of which the processing of a plastic atomizer without disassembly was impossible.

However, the American company COMPAX managed to solve this problem. They developed the first all-plastic nebulizer tube. The mechanism of action has not yet been disclosed. Perhaps the company changed the spring material to plastic or developed a different spray mechanism. However, the atomizer is positioned by COMPAX as completely recyclable and looks no different from the usual metal ones.

The company itself is one of the largest American manufacturers of packaging and over 25 years of work in the market has managed to establish itself in the development of successful environmental solutions in packaging. COMPAX cooperates with such giants as Unilever, L'oreal, Estee Lauder and others.

The new plastic nozzles are now available for orders in 30 and 35 mm diameters. And the company is working on expanding the range of diameters. At the same time, it is emphasized that the atomizer is not only completely recyclable itself, but can also be produced with the addition of recycled plastic.
