Horizontal packing machine «flow-pack» with the top film feeding 051.55.250B

Horizontal packing machine packs products is a three-seam flow pack. Due to its simplicity and reliability is very popular at many enterprises in Ukraine. Operator intervention is required only when changing product sizes or changing films, most of the other operations are carried out automatically.

The model of horizontal packing machine “flow pack” 250B is used for packing by the piece: chocolate and grain bars, chocolate bars, glazed curds, soap, sweets, cookies, waffles, magnets, napkins, spare parts and other products.

For smooth regulation of the package length and cutting, the machine is equipped with two asynchronous electric motors and PLC controller. A high sensitivity photoelectric sensor provides greater accuracy of welding and cutting. The conveyor is made of polished stainless steel. The machine can be stopped in the selected position without sticking to the knife and loosing film. The self-diagnostics function and the friendly Russian software interface make setting up and operating the machine quick and convenient.

As a packing material, you can use heat-sealable films and laminates: such as OPP, aluminized, POPP and others (except for pure PE).

Additional devices and options, which are not included in the base case, but possible for installation:

1. Thermal printer for date/shift indication;
2. Complete machine execution in stainless steel instead of standard painted steel;
3. Alcohol injection;
4. Gas filling;
5. Forcing air out of the package;
6. “No product – no packing” function to save film;
7. Possibility of installation of servo drives instead of standard electric motors for automatic adjustment of the package length.
