Horizontal packing machine «flow-pack» 051.55.250BG

This equipment is designed for packing different types of products into flow-pack type bag or a three-seam pillow bag (the other name for it). Due to its simplicity and reliability is very popular at many enterprises in Ukraine. The machine can pack a wide range of products. It is equally suitable for packing various food products as well as packing household or stationary, for use in the medical industry. Both piece and group packing is possible. Operator intervention is required only when changing product sizes.

For smooth regulation of the package length and cutting, the machine is equipped with two asynchronous electric motors and PLC controller. A high sensitivity photoelectric sensor provides greater accuracy of welding and cutting. A separate temperature control system is installed to accommodate different packing materials. The self-diagnostics function and the friendly Russian software interface make setting up and operating the machine quick and convenient.

As a material for packing, you can use polypropylene, aluminized films and other laminated heat-sealable packing films. Please, note that you cannot use pure PE!

Depending on the needs f production, it is possible to install additional devices and options that are not included in the basic configuration of the machine: date indicator, gas filling device, euroslot, alcohol injection, “no product – no packing” function. Servo drivers can be installed instead of standard electric motors.
