High-speed horizontal packing machine (Flow-pack) for packing sweets 051.67.01

The direct scope of this machine is confectionary industry, at list the production of sweets. But like all machines that allow the use of “Flow-pack” packaging, this equipment is also quite universal in its use. With minor upgrades, it can be used for other goods as well.

The machine is highly automated. The feeding, forming, filling and sealing processes are fully automated. It is possible to connect the machine directly to the production line. Thanks to the intellectual control of the servo motors, the machine operates with low noise. The industrial touch screen is equipped with “human-machine” interface. It shows parameters intuitively, greatly simplifying the operator’s work with the system.

The unique design of the machine ensures a high packing speed even for small chocolates.

If necessary, the machine can be additionally equipped with an automatic film joining device, which makes the packaging process smoother.

The equipment is certified according to ISO9007: 2000 and CE standards.
