Pre-packing Line for Dairy Products with Dozing, Capping and Labeling (Claw Mechanism) 076.32.02
Manufacturer: Ukraine
Description
-
This line is designed for dosing dairy products and other similar raw materials into plastic or glass containers, with further clogging with a lid and gluing a label on the surface of the container.
The line operates as follows:
Operator places shallow bottles onto the inlet turning table. From the table the bottle moves to the claw mechanism spot. Afterwards, the claw mechanism moves the bottle under the first dozer that pours approximately the half of a specified doze. Then the machine moves this bottle under the second dozer for it to fill the bottle completely. Foaming substances require such construction for boosting productivity. At this, the bottles are filled through the dozer nose, which seeks the bottle’s bottom and rises while filling it. To avoid extra dropping of a product packed the special pullout spoon with draining is supplied under the noses from descending noses during the bottle moving. After that, the claw mechanism moved the bottles under the device for orientation, supply and lid laying. Twisting with the specified force or lid latching takes place at the next stage. Further, the mechanism provides labeling of a sticker with the packing date preliminary printed by the thermal transfer dater (during pre-packing of cold milk the applicator switches to the position before dozing). At the final stage, the mechanism pushes the filled and capped bottle out into the end-product cradle.
