Line for packing liquid and pasty products in a glass jar with a twist-off lid 076.82.01

The line is designed for packing liquid and pasty products, such as condensed milk, chocolate spreads, juices, vegetable pastes, salads, dairy products, honey, etc., into glass jars with their subsequent closing with a twist-off lid.

All machine elements that contact with the product are made of materials approved by the institutions of the state sanitary and epidemiological service, for example: stainless steel AISI 304, which does not lend itself to corrosion, fluoroplastic 4B, etc. These materials are neutral to packaged products and cleaning solutions and do not affect their quality and safety.

The line is quite universal and its application for packing is possible in a wide variety of production areas. Here are some examples of packaged goods for a wide variety of purposes.

Food products: drinking water, juices, vegetable oil, wine, vodka, cognac, liqueurs, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, jam, preserves, fruit and vegetable purees.

Household chemicals: dishwashing detergent, WC disinfectants, active solutions (for cleaning the inner surfaces of pipes), liquid soap, ink.

Agricultural chemicals and fertilizers: herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, desiccants, disinfectants.

Cosmetics and perfumery: shampoos, gels, lotions, tonics, liquid soaps, scrubs, creams, masks, nail polish removers, alcohol-containing solutions.

Auto chemicals and auto cosmetics: oils, thick lubricants, antifreeze, brake fluid, windshield washer, incl. non-freezing, polishes, waxes, car shampoos, mastics, hand cleaners.

Aggressive and explosive chemicals: acids, alkalis, solvents.

Important:

- The accuracy of the pouring line depends on the diameter of the container neck and the tendency of the liquid to foam.

- Depending on the required capacity, we manufacture the filling line with the required number of pouring headsк.

Jars feeding machine

The mechanical method ensures that the barrels are positioned and guided out of the tangential direction to reach the target of the barrel. This is the operating mode of the barrel lathe: the post, sealing plate, turn table, railing and baffle are all made of stainless steel. A large geared motor is used for power supply, and a photoelectric signal is used to control the operation of the motor. The whole machine is compact in structure and works reliably.

Washer for empty bottles

Automatic jar washer is mainly used for glass jars and bottles, plastic bottles and other different types of bottles (jars). The operation is quite convenient. No need to replace parts for different types of bottles, which greatly reduces cost and improves production efficiency. The design of the mechanism is simple and reasonable, the action is reliable, there are two stages of washing and blowing with air. It can effectively clean the inside and outside of the jar and blow off the remaining water drops in the bottle, providing a favorable environment for the following drying process.

Jars drying machine

It`s overall length is 10 meters.

The total power is about 11KW, 380V three-phase five-wire.

Uses 800W stainless steel wing type heating tube.

The transmission uses a 750 W variable frequency drive motor, 0-10 m/min speed.

The conveyor belt consists of 5 chains made of stainless steel with a width of 82 mm in different directions, and the legs are made of stainless steel.

The body uses 304 stainless steel plate

There are 4 180 W fans installed in the upper heating warehouse.

The capacity of the machine is 2500-3000 bottles/hour

Filling machine

Active clamps are used between the pipes of the dispensing system to facilitate cleaning.

The mixer of the food preservation system uses a rotary knife equipped with a speed control. All pipe connections are equipped with anti-drip gaskets, the system ensures the homogeneity of materials and eliminates the separation of oily sauce from fillers.

The use of a servo system guarantees metrology and customization.

Twin-screw rods and four linear guides ensure weighing stability.

Twist off jars vacuum closing

The automatic capping machine is designed to seal the entire range of glass containers. The machine is used to close jars with a twist-off metal lid.

The lid closure process takes place in a steam chamber to create a vacuum inside the container. The machine can easily be reconfigured to a different size of lids right during the operation of the machine.

The machine is constructed from materials with high resistance to corrosion and is designed to provide the most easy cleaning and maintenance.

Linear type labeling machine

Linear labeling machines are designed for applying self-adhesive labels of various types onto conical, oval, cylindrical and rectangular containers. The containers are oriented in the machine in such a way that a self-adhesive label can be applied in exactly the required position. The separating blade separates the self-adhesive labels from the paper carrier so that they can be securely attached to the container using the downstream fixing elements.

This automatic labeling machine is designed to automatically apply one self-adhesive label to round bottles.

The applicator is controlled by a microprocessor, the software capabilities of which allow it to be used to perform various functions.

Except for cleaning the rollers and label sensor, the applicator does not require periodic maintenance. The applicator is available in right-hand and left-hand versions.

The label material is unwound from the roller. The feeding conveyor is designed according to advanced international technology and has a high degree of bottle (jar) stability. Simple and quick setup of the equipment allows it to be used for bottles (jars) of various sizes and characteristics.

The machine can be used as part of the line for the production of food drinks, pharmaceuticals, household chemicals, etc.
