Weigher for automatic loading of soft containers «Big bag» 022.20.02.

This equipment is designed for dosing of well flowing and difficult flowing dusty products in “Big bag” type packing. Such products include various granular products, building mixtures, combined feed, seeds, bran, mineral fertilizers, various bulk products of chemical production, etc.

This weigher works from the principle of two-stage weighing. The bulk of the product is filled up at the increased speed (rough filling). Then the weigher automatically switches to a low weighing speed (fine filling) until the target weight is reached.

This equipment can be used independently, but its efficiency can be increased by using it as a part of packing lines (complexes).

Depending on the needs of the client, the weigher can be made in various versions and integrated into various circumferences:

Option 1:The weigher is fixed on the discharge nozzle of the hopper, which contains the product prepared for packing. In this case, a regulating unit must be installed between the hopper and the weigher;

Option 2: The weigher is equipped with a special supporting structure that allows to fix the Big-Bag under the hopper. The installation of the regulating unit is also required;

Option 3: After filling, the Big-Bag can be moved out of the filling area with the help of a belt or roller conveyor. For this purpose, a mechanism is used that allows you to install the bag on the conveyr;

Option 4: Dosing is carried out using belt or screw conveyer. The conveyor allows you to move the filled material from the zero mark works on the principle of two-stage dosing.
