Semi-automatic packing machine SA-0212 (1/5) in a Pillow package

This semi-automatic machine is an ideal solution for beginners in the field of packaging or for productions with low productivity.

The SA-0212 (1/5) semi-automatic packing machine is specially designed for packing loose and lumpy products, such as pasta, cereals, sugar, dumplings, dumplings, cookies. However, the equipment is not suitable for dusty products (eg flour, starch, dry cream).

Depending on the type of product, two dispenser options are available:

• Single-stream linear vibro-weigher - ideal for packing bulk products such as cereals, pasta, sugar, feed and small biscuits.
• Two-stage vibro-weigher - designed for packing lumpy products, such as dumplings, dumplings, large cookies and other similar products.

Packaging is carried out by the weight method, after which the product is packed in bags automatically made of polymer films. This solution is suitable for productions with small volumes of packaging, where the installation of expensive automatic equipment is not profitable.

The semi-automatic device allows you to flexibly adjust the dose up to 3000 g (depending on the density of the product). Heat-sealing laminated films such as OPP, POPP, aluminized and other laminated heat-sealing films (except pure PE) are used as packaging material.

The machine performs the full cycle of the packaging process: from forming the bag to its filling, sealing, cutting and, if necessary, printing. The built-in microcomputer system provides fast and accurate weighing, packing and welding. All components in contact with food are made of food-grade stainless steel, which facilitates cleaning and meets sanitary and hygienic standards.
