Automatic machine for forming and packing briquettes of butter and other fats

The machine performs the entire cycle of work on forming a standard briquette from a pasty fatty product and packaging it. Aluminum foil, greaseproof paper, and other similar materials can be used as packaging material. The dosing range can be marked from 100 to 300 g. The guaranteed productivity for butter is 100 pcs per hour, for other products it can vary within 90-100 pcs/hour depending on the consistency of the product.

During operation, the packaging material is fed from a reel, cut on the sides and placed in a cell of a rotary table, where the initial shape is created. The paste-like product is dosed volumetrically into this shape. Then the briquette is closed and sharp edges are formed.

Please note that the standard package includes a packaging device for a 100 g briquette; the supply of forms for other weights must be clarified in advance.

The thermal coding device is also not included in the standard package.

Control is carried out using the installed PLC SIEMENS, equipped with a touch screen with visualization.
