The line includes: a feeding conveyor, a 14-slot multihead weigher, a vertical packing machine, a weigher support platform, a discharge conveyor and a turntable.

The line can equally be used for filling and packing of various free-flowing and small piece food products, as well as for packing household chemicals, household items, in the medical industry.

Feeding conveyor

Suitable for lifting material from below onto the dispenser. It is used in food, agricultural, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, for products such as frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, confectionery, etc., as well as for various chemicals and other granular goods.

Features:

• The carrying belt is made of high quality polypropylene, suitable for high or low temperature;
• Automatic or manual material lifting is available, movement speed can also be adjusted;
• All parts are easy to install and disassemble and are available for washing directly on the carrying belt;

Applicable for automatic weighing of various granular products in food or non-food industries, such as potato chips, nuts, frozen food, vegetables, seafood, nails, etc.
