Double packing system 021.80.02

The line includes: large vertical packing machine, multihead weigher, working platform, Z-type material conveyor, vibrating feeder, finished product conveyor with check weigher. The line is fully automated, the whole process of packaging, from the supply of the product to the output of the finished product, takes place practically without operator intervention. The system works with high precision and efficiency. The double output significantly increases productivity.

The line is suitable for filling and packing goods for various purposes, it is equally convenient for use in the food and medical industries, for packing small household items, stationery, household chemicals. The equipment is optimized for weighing and packing well-flowing and small piece goods of almost any shape: sweets, nuts, chips, coffee, granules, puffed and frozen products, plastic components.

The goods are packed in "pillow", "gusset" or "stabilo" bags. Packages are used ready-made.
