Automatic machine for pre-packing in the polymeric container 072.32.03

This machine is used for dosing and further packing of liquid products and spreadables, such as yoghurt, sour-cream, milk, boiled fermented milk, butter milk, condensed milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, jam, cream cheese, fruit paste, butter, oil, honey, margarin, mustard and other products of common chewy texture into polymeric bowls with further welding of the aluminum lid.

Machines of this line are assembled on the frame, made of corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with turning operation table with eight cells, into which the bowls are placed. The machine automatically doses a product, puts it into the bowl, places and welds the lids. Afterwards it stamps the date and gets the bowl with packed in it product down.
