Blister packaging for a loose product
Client’s Challenge:
A client approached us with a unique challenge: to organize the packaging of a bulk product—beta-tricalcium phosphate granules (up to 3 mm in size), used as a pet food supplement—into blister packs with precise dosages of 1 and 2 ml.
The key challenge of the project was that blister machines are traditionally used for tablets, capsules, or liquids, not for free-flowing granular products. This required adapting both the blister design and the dosing components.
