Prehistory.
An entrepreneur from Kiev, specializing in the supply of medical products in connection with the outbreak of the epidemic, decided to start the mass production of three-layer medical masks made of nonwoven materials. During the implementation of this project, the following difficulties arose:
- The machine was needed urgently, and all manufacturers already had a long line of buyers.
- Sensing the situation, many machine makers began to produce such equipment, lacking sufficient experience and it was difficult to guarantee quality.
At the beginning of 2020, the client contacted us.

Since our partner, the manufacturer of such lines specialized in them, he had a certain amount of equipment in stock. Taking into account the history and authority of our company, as well as the availability of high-quality service, he agreed to release the line to us out of turn. We took it to Ukraine by plane. Thus, the client's key requirements were met.
At the client's production site, we independently adjusted the machine and put it into operation.
The machine features high productivity (up to 100 pcs / min), stable product quality and easy setup and operation. The control is carried out using a liquid crystal display. An ultrasonic welding device is used to make the workpiece. For the production of the final product, the line includes a machine for welding the elastic to the mask blank.
