Prehistory.
The largest margarine manufacturer planned to start packaging its product in polymer containers (bowls). In addition to sealing the container, he wanted a sling lid to put on the container and put down the date and other information. During the implementation of this project, there were the following difficulties, which led to the fact that the manufacturers, to whom the client addressed, refused to fulfill the order:
- The container was of a non-standard shape.
- Because the product being packaged, margarine, is not dosed at room temperature, then it had to be kept warm during packing, and the temperature should have been kept constant. For this, the machine had to be equipped with a water-jacketed margarine collector with appropriate controls.
- Packed bowls were to be automatically removed from the machine to the secondary packaging.
In 2019, a client contacted us with this task.

Work done.
A filling and packaging machine of linear type model 072.82 with valve-piston dispensers was proposed for automatic dosing of plastic cups and other similar containers with various viscous or liquid products, followed by sealing and putting on the lid. The machine was equipped with an inkjet printer and a mechanism for collecting wrapped containers and feeding them to secondary packaging. It was also equipped with a jacketed manifold.
This machine has high productivity (four lines), rational and compact design, does not require large production areas. The parts in contact with the product and the body of the machine are made of stainless steel, the equipment is not subject to corrosion, meets sanitary requirements, and is easy to clean. The equipment for filling and packing into cups is equipped with pneumatic components manufactured by "AIRTAC" (Taiwan), which ensures reliability and stability of operation. All control is closed to a centralized control panel, which is convenient for personnel, speeds up and facilitates the operation of the equipment.
