An entrepreneur from Poltava needed to pack fruit pastilles in flow-pack bags. The main difficulty of the task was that the pastilles was very sticky and it was impossible to pack it on a standard machine, because it stuck to the work surface, did not move and stained all the mechanisms with a sticky product. The task was further complicated by the fact that in addition to the usual sizes of sweets, it was also necessary to pack very long and thin products, as well as plates resembling flexible sticky leaves.

To pack such sticky products, we have proposed a machine that uses the film itself, on which the product is placed for packaging, instead of a feed conveyor with pushers or a belt. This solves the main problem of sticking to the conveyor. And the packaged products can be easily and without damage removed from the machine.
