Prehistory.
The “Fresh greens” company, specializing in the cultivation of various herbs, has been our long-standing client since 2019. This year, the client's productivity increased due to increased market demand. Prior to that, they packed trays of greens on two similar packaging machines that we supplied to them earlier. And now it's time to order the third packaging machine. Since we have known each other for a long time, there was no long-term agreement on the terms of reference and the signing of the contract, and we sent the order to the factory on the same day.

The production of such a machine takes much more time than the production of a standard version. This requires additional accessories. In order to speed up the readiness of the equipment, our manufacturer offered to make a stainless steel case for some other elements that were already prepared for the future. And a month later the equipment was 90% ready! It remained only to install the electronics and test this machine in operation.
