Prehistory.
A large company from the Dnieper, specializing in the packaging of various mixtures of spices, decided to increase the number of products, automate production and increase the accuracy of dosing various components.
The following difficulties arose during the implementation of this project:
- One of the components is difficult to dose;
- Accuracy in dosing of each component should not exceed 0.1 g.
In the middle of 2021, a client contacted us.
Work done.
Our company has developed and manufactured a filling and packaging machine of the “Sashet” series with high dosing accuracy.
This machine allows you to automatically perform simultaneous packaging of 4-5 components (1-2 is difficult to dose) in one sachet. The productivity of the equipment is 15 bags/min (subject to dosing of 4-5 components), when working with the same type of component, the productivity is 35 pcs/min. The dosing accuracy of each component is 0.1 g (the weight of each component is 0.5-20 g).
