Prehistory.
A manufacturer of environmentally friendly products for pest control in greenhouses from the Dnepropetrovsk region planned to pack double-sieved bran with additives in 4-seam paper bags of the "sachet" type. During the implementation of this project, he faced the following difficulties::
- The packaged product is prone to hanging in the bag former and subsequent clogging in it.
- Overheating of the product during the sealing of the bag is inadmissible.
- The bag had to be made with a hook, which the standard machines did not do.
In 2020, he contacted us.

For the client, an automatic machine was made according to an individual project.
The machine was equipped with a volumetric dispenser, with the ability to quickly change the volume of the packaged product and quickly change the size of the package. To prevent the product from freezing, a vibration unit was installed on the bag former, which is switched on for a short time when the product is dropped from the dispenser. A seam cooling device was also installed on the machine.
Implementation of all the above measures allowed to develop the productivity of 40 packets/minute.
