Prehistory.
The entrepreneur of the Cherkasy region, taking into account the demand for environmentally friendly products, has launched the production of straws for drinks made from reeds. He needed a high-speed packing machine to pack the straws. When looking for an equipment supplier, he ran into a problem. The reed straws, in excellent polymer, did not have precise, calibrated dimensions and the traditional automatic machine proved to be impossible to be adjusted properly. In 2021, he addressed us with this task.

For these purposes, we offered him a high-speed machine with a frequency-controlled drive and advanced adjustments. It is one of the most modern packaging machines for individual packing of the straws in a paper bag or propylene film:
- Productivity up to 300-350 pcs/min
- Packing method: three-sided seal
Directly at our own equipment preparation site before shipment, our service engineers put the machine into operation and set it in various modes. Thus, the client received it already, as they say, ready for use. The client was also given detailed recommendations for preparing his goods for the packaging process.
