Prehistory.
The client needs to pack biscuits in stabilo type bags, finished products (L = 80-100 mm, W = 190-200 mm, H = 250-300 mm), packaging up to 500 g. Accuracy was such that no manufacturer took on the job. In 2020, a client approached us with this task.
Work done.
To solve this problem, two Chinese companies were selected from our database, which have in their portfolio multiple deliveries of the most high-tech equipment to the USA and Europe. After a thorough discussion of the details, the first company took over the production of the main part of the line. The line was then moved to the second facility, where it was mostly completed. We made the final modifications ourselves already on the spot. At the end, commissioning works were carried out. All responsibility for the coordination of mechanical elements, electrical circuits, as well as electronic control systems, naturally, was taken by the Omela company.
